To say that Corinne Olympios rubbed some contestants the wrong way would be an understatement. She kissed Nick Viall on night one, she was aggressive in getting more time with him, and she secretly visited his hotel room suite at one point. That being said, she made it clear that she was not the so-called "villain" on the reality show.

"Villains are evil to people," she told E! News in 2017. "I never, you know, did anything personally to anyone or [was] vicious to anyone," she added. "I was never vicious or spoke bad about anyone."

Throughout the season, Corinne defended her actions on social media. "Haters, I [donut] care. I was confident and I was me," she captioned a photo of herself holding a donut pillow in January 2017 via Instagram. "Yes, I seemed a bit aggressive in last night's episode, but I've been through a lot in my life and I did not want any time wasted ..."

Luckily, Corinne didn't let the haters get to her and instead had the last laugh — literally. "Watching back, I'm funny," she said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2017 (via Entertainment Tonight). "I actually really laughed very hard at myself. I was a little bit more promiscuous than I thought," adding, "That is the real me, it is definitely a real side of me, but there are many other sides to me."
